turnout in Nashville's 2024 presidential general election1
Founding funder brief / 2026
Prepared for lead funders in the first national expansion
$1 million committed to launch Nashville
Nashville is funded. Four cities are next.
Vote Nashville will find registered voters who show up nationally and sit out local elections, learn which local issues move them, and stay in contact until they vote. We are raising $4 million to take that model into four more cities.

The data
Nashville's last presidential election drew 293,514 ballots. Its last Metro general drew 101,837.
turnout in Nashville's 2023 Metro general election1
additional ballots needed for 30% turnout at the 2023 registration baseline1
The first proof is simple: a ten-point turnout gain by August 5, 2027.
The strategy
Target the voter who votes nationally and stays home locally.
We start with the file, not an audience profile. The target is a registered Nashville voter who cast a 2024 presidential ballot and skipped the 2023 Metro general. A scientific poll sets the baseline. Continuous media sentiment analysis tracks the live conversation. The open Pulse of Nashville survey supplies language and neighborhood context.
Three phases. One turnout target.
Pulse of Nashville
September–November 2026. Set the baseline. Start the live media scan. Collect 10,000+ open survey responses and take the survey door to door.
Nashville Speaks
January–March 2027. Publish what voters said. Put it in town halls, local media, and the Voice of Nashville song campaign.
100 Days to Vote
May–August 5, 2027. Use the same voter file to drive media, canvassing, reminders, and vote plans.
The poll sets the baseline. The media scan tracks movement. The open survey captures local language. The voter file decides who receives turnout contact.
Tying it together
The same system finds the voter, builds the message, and counts the ballot.
Traditional political firms sell polling, creative, media, and field as separate contracts. Postpartisan runs one voter file through continuous media sentiment analysis, local media, paid distribution, and field contact. Jeremy owns the data. Davis owns the local information. Walden owns the film. Seneca owns the field.
Find
Match national-election voters who missed the Metro general.
Listen
Learn what makes the city election worth their time.
Reach
Put that information in front of the same voters online and on the ground.
Count
Match the final file and report ballots cast.
The unit of success is not a view. It is an additional ballot.
The team
The founders who sell the campaign will run it.

The ask
Use Nashville to prove the model. Fund the first four-city expansion.
$1 million is committed to Nashville. The expansion puts the largest share into local organizers and neighborhood partners in four additional cities.
This is one expansion round, not four disconnected city budgets. The lead funder receives one operating plan, quarterly release decisions, and a post-election report matching contact to turnout.
